1Mix banana with brown sugar .banana: 3 (ripe and mashed), brown sugar: 100 g

2Add seed oil and soy yogurt or soy milk if desired.seed oil: 50 ml, soy yogurt or soy milk: to taste (optional)

3Combine in a separate bowl dark chocolate chips (90-100% cocoa, no added sugar), oat flour , and whole wheat flour .dark chocolate chips: 65 g, oat flour: 120 g, whole wheat flour: 120 g

4Add baking powder and a pinch of cinnamon .baking powder: 1 tsp, cinnamon

5Unite the wet mixture with the dry ingredients and add a pinch of salt .salt
